Recently I had the honour of accepting the position of Genealogical Courses Coordinator for the Alberta Genealogical Society, Edmonton branch. And yesterday was the first day of courses! Luckily for me, the course boasts seasoned teachers who certainly made the content interesting and engaging for the students. We had a near-capacity crowd with 18 students attending. The course is comprised of 3 Saturdays, so the spring session won’t be completed until the end of April. Then starts the planning for the Fall courses. I’m excited to be a part of it!
