We collect information that you provide to us when contacting us via email or filling out our online contact form. Information collected may be name, email address, and details relating to your research request or research project, or any other details you choose to provide us with.
Why we collect information
We collect personal information to reply to your messages, to contact and invoice clients, to perform research for you, and to receive payments. We may contact you to reply to your messages, to obtain and provide information regarding a research project, and to collect fees owed. We do not sell your information. We will disclose personal information if we are ever required to do so by law.
How your information is stored
Copies of emails and messages, invoices, research projects and client and potential client contact information (as provided by the client or potential client) may also be stored on paper and/or on password protected computer by the Researcher.
Since our payments are processed via third party vendors, such as Interac e-transfer and PayPal, we do not have access to, collect or maintain credit card or bank account information.
This website links to websites of other organizations from time to time. We are not responsible for their content or privacy policies.
